St. John’s County Tools for Schools Program is an annual event that is held in July and August.  It is a county-wide school supply drive that directly benefits the teachers of St. Johns County schools.

On August 17th, teachers are invited to an all-expense paid shopping spree on 236 SR 16, St. Augustine.  From 2 pm-6 pm, teachers may come to this location and collect any and all of the school supplies they need for the upcoming year.

On average, teachers in St. Johns County spend $600 of their own money on school supplies for their students and classroom. The goal of Tools for Schools is to lower and eventually eliminate this cost to our teachers. You can access more information about the program at the program web site.

Stop by St. Augustine Toyota for a tune up, test drive or just say hi and participate in a great community program!
